Directions

MitoTabs: As a dietary supplement, take 3 (three) scored MitoTABS in the morning 30 minutes prior to your AM meal and another 3 (three) scored MitoTABS 6-8 hours later. To avoid sleeplessness, avoid taking Mitotropin later than mid to late afternoon. Individuals sensitive to stimulants such as caffeine may choose to take 1-2 tablets to start in order to assess their tolerance. Do not exceed 6 MitoTABS per day and do not use for more than 30 days without a 30 (thirty) day break in between. Notice: Due to the nature of this product it may take 5-7 days to achieve its full effects which include increased restin metabolic rate (RMR), exercise metabolic rate (EMR), and thermogenesis (increased body heat). Do not increase the dosage past 6 (six) MitoTABS per 24 (twenty four) hour period under any circumstances. Read thru the entire MITOTROPIN diet, training and dosage manual (contained inside) before taking this product. M.T. Peak Condition Factor: As a dietary supplement, PEAK CONDITION FACTOR capsules should only be taken during the final 3 days of the MITOTROPIN 30-day program. Some individuals may elect not to take any PEAK CONDITION FACTOR capsules or only 1 to 3 of the final servings, depending on their experience and level of condition. If you choose to take all 4 (four) servings of Peak Condition Factor capsules, here is the prescribed regimen for doing so: On day 28 of the program, take two (2) capsules after your final evening meal, along with 12 fluid ounces of water. On day 29 of the program, take two (2) capsules after your first meal of the day along with 12 fluid ounces of water, and take two (2) capsules after your final evening meal of the day along with 12 fluid ounces of water.
