Directions
Recommended Use: As a dieary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of cold water, milk, or blend with your favorite Myoplex shake. For best results, consume 1-4 servings daily. To support positive nitrogen balance, serious athletes should consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight spread over 4-6 small meals per day. Shaker: Fill a shaker with 6-8 ounces of milk or water and a serving of 100% Whey Protein, then cover and shake for 20-30 secinds until completely blended.
