Priority Shipping = FedEx or UPS 1-2 Day Delivery
To Most U.S. Destinations.
Standard Shipping = USPS, FedEx or UPS 3-4 day service to most
US destinations
Super Saver Shipping = Low Priority (usually ships within 48
hours via USPS Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground Service)

All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of the time it was placed. Most orders
placed before 2pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day.

The base U.S. shipping rates are valid for orders up to 6 pounds. The shipping
and handeling charge will adjust accordingly for orders that exceed 6 pounds.

APO & FPO orders require shipment via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We typically ship priority mail. PLEASE do not select the international shipping
option!

Signature of the cardholder is required on every package.

Orders with a shipping address to a P.O. box will be shipped by USPS Priority
Mail. Signature is still required.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska REQUIRE 2nd Day Air shipping and those charges
may be charged to you.

International Orders:
All orders with destinations outside USA Zip Codes are shipped via International Express must be Pre-Paid by Money order or PayPal. Shipping typically takes 7-14 Days starting at $35.00! This is the most popular international
shipping option. The rates for International Express are based on the weight
of the package, however once the weight of the package exceeds 8 pounds it becomes
very, very expensive to ship. Therefore, we limit every international package
to a maximum of 8 pounds.
International
orders are difficult to trace and there is a chance for product seizures. In
some cases, taxes and or duties are required in order to receive your order.
We do our best to reduce this cost; however these fees are the sole responsibility
of the customer. It is also the customer’s responsibility to know the
laws and regulations of the importing country. There will be no refunds for
seized orders.
Notice:
There are certain items that are offered for sale in our store that we cannot
(or will not) ship outside the USA. If you purchase one of these items we will
either remove that product from the order or we will try to contact you VIA
telephone or email to arrange for another similar product that we will ship.
Packing
All orders will be packed to Zupplements.com specifications regarding tape,
filler, and box size selection. Any special considerations must be approved
by Zupplements.com and may result in additional fees.
Returns
Policy
Returns will be accepted for UNOPENED, UNDAMAGED ITEMS ONLY within 30 days of
purchase. A 10% restocking fee plus freight will be charged. No refunds on shipping
costs.
Out-of-Stock
Product Policy
We will try to do our best to not offer out of stock products however, it will
happen from time to time. Zupplements.com will remove out-of-stock products
from customers' invoice and packing list prior to printing and fulfillment.
Inventory availability is not guaranteed. Customers will be notified same business
day of lack of inventory via e-mail or phone call (during business hours).
Damages
Zupplements.com is only responsible for damages caused by lack of packaging
or UPS mishandling. We will NOT be responsible for damages due to elements out
of our control i.e. weather (melting bars, freezing drinks) etc. We will not
be responsible for drinks in glass containers that are shipped via UPS.
