About Me:

I'm a 22 year old female powerlifter. I been in the game for 4 years now. I competed for the first time only 3 weeks after I began training. The minute I wrapped my hands around that barbell, it was all over with, I was hooked. I hold several state and national records in my age group in 2 different weight classes. I want to be one of the strongest female lifters out there. This stacks helps me to keep my weight in the range that I need it to be, while still building strength. It also helps to fuel my insane training sessions, and helps my body to fully recover quicker after taking such a beating.

Shawty's directions for taking the Hardcore Stack: Take 3 capsules of Jet Fuel and one pack of Animal Pack Multivitamin with breakfast and a full glass of water. DO NOT take Jet Fuel on empty stomach. From my experience it can cause an upset stomach. A couple hours later, take 6 Amino 2000 tabs with a full glass of water. Pre-Workout take 3 Jet Fuel capsules and one Animal Pak with pre-workout meal/shake and full glass of water.(the directions will tell you to only take 2 packs on training day, but if you train intensely, I recommend continuing with the 2 packs even on non-training days). During workout mix 2 scoops of white flood with water or Gatorade (I mix mine with lemonade Gatorade which I consume throughout my training session). Post-Workout mix 2 tsp of L-Glutamine Peptides with 2 scoops of Dextrose in 12 ounces of water, then mix one scoop of Green MAGnitude with 6 ounces of water. Take 6 Amino 2000 tabs postworkout also. Bedtime mix 2 tsp of L-Glutamine with Casein Protein shake, and take 6 more Amino 2000 tabs.
