Directions

For general use apply Metaboderm twice per day on the desired target areas once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Advanced users in search of full body metabolic stimulation and maximum fat loss can apply a light coat of Metaboderm twice per day over the entire body, preferably prior to exercise. For optimal results massage Metaboderm into the skin for 30-60 seconds or until fully absorbed.
