WHAT IS GLUTAMINE?

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid found in your skeletal muscle and is believed to help with muscle cell volumization.

HOW DOES GLUTAMINE WORK?

During intense training, glutamine levels are greatly depleted in your body, which decreases strength, stamina and recovery. Supplementing with glutamine can minimize muscle breakdown and improve protein metabolism.

CAN GLUTAMINE STIMULATE GROWTH HORMONE PRODUCTION?

A recent study showed up to a 400% increase in growth-hormone levels when as little as 2 grams of free-form L glutamine supplement was consumed!

Directions

During periods of high intensity or increased stress to the body, use 5 grams 2 to 3 times daily. Take L-Glutamine after workouts or before bedtime, when muscle tissue typically undergoes repair and recuperation. Store in a cool dry place.
