Directions

Mix one heaping teaspoon of GlutaBolic with 8 oz of juice or your protein. This supplement can also be taken on an empty stomach prior to bed to support growth hormone output. Another option for GlutaBolic is to consume this matrix along with a protein matrix after resistance training. For best results use two or three servings daily, including non-training days. The stacked supplementation should be utilized 30 minutes prior to resistance training and 20 minutes following an intense workout to enhance the recovery period.
