Directions

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one serving (5 grams/approximately one level teaspoon) mixed in 150 ml (50 oz) of water or fruit juice, two to three times a day, on an empty stomach. On training days, take one serving immediately after training. Protect from heat, light and moisture. Store at 15-30 degrees c (59-86 degrees F).
